My journey into this work wasn't linear or easy. For over 15 years, I immersed myself in various healing practices. Becoming a seasoned yoga instructor, meditation teacher, Reiki Master, and touch therapist. I studied with renowned teachers, led workshops globally, and believed I had all the tools to navigate life’s challenges.
Then 2017 arrived with a humbling truth: sometimes our most profound teachers come disguised as our greatest challenges.
A traumatic birth experience brought me to my knees, leaving me with debilitating PTSD, crippling anxiety, and severe insomnia. All while navigating the already overwhelming terrain of new motherhood.
Suddenly, the practitioner became the patient. The very modalities I had shared with others brought little relief to the nervous system dysregulation I was experiencing.
That persistent tension, those sleepless nights, and the repetitive relationships challenges are not just mental patterns, they are old programming stored in your nervous system.
