To live your legacy authentically, with ease and empowerment, you must heal at the root. And to heal at the root, you must address your nervous system. You must get in tune with your body.
"In just one class with Danielle I felt a profound shift in my mental and physical state. I felt deeply calmed. Guessing it is the sensation of having a calmed nervous system. Something few of us fully know or understand. I saw the possibility for myself to function from a calmed state."

Danielle is a nervous system educator and somatic trauma therapy practitioner. She teaches women around the world how to reduce anxiety, get to the root of their triggers and heal trauma so they can live their lives on purpose at ease and empowered.
She uses nervous system rewiring, movement therapy and mindfulness to help women use their bodies as a compass to unravel and release their stored stress.
From seasoned yoga teacher to touch therapist to reiki master, to meditation teacher, Danielle experienced a rude awakening when a traumatic event was not helped by all the healing modalities under her belt.
She was suffering from PTSD and severe insomnia when she finally found nervous system rewiring and trauma integration work. She realized this was the holy grail of transformational work and that until we heal our nervous systems, we do not fully heal.
She's studied extensively with Dr. Fleet Maul, Irene Lyon, Seth Lyon, Gabor Maté, Gary Kraftsow and Arielle Schwartz to name a few. Her activism continued, but rather than through the lense of writing stories of change on paper, she now activates change within the bodies of all the women she works with. She spends her free time dancing, adventuring and spending time with family and friends.
