By understanding your stress responses on a deeper level and identifying body memory signals under stress, we lay the foundation for regulating your nervous system effectively and address the most significant areas needing attention.

Who is this program not for?

Every woman is unique. Yet, all will gain invaluable insights into how stress, trauma, and daily challenges imprint on the body. All women will walk away knowing intricately what happens to them physiologically under times of stress and they really get why they behave in certain ways, and therefore take the steps to change it. What are some typical experiences I can expect?
