Danielle is a nervous system educator, somatic coach for women and an integrative somatic trauma therapy practitioner. She teaches women around the world how to overcome trauma, ditch depleted, chronically stressed and anxious for good so they thrive in relationships and in their purpose with ease and joy.
She uses nervous system rewiring, movement therapy and mindfulness to guide women in using their bodies as a compass to unravel and release stored stress.
After 15 years as a professional in the healing arts field as a reiki master, bodyworker, meditation and yoga teacher, Danielle began to study with trauma therapy pioneers and nervous system experts like Dr. Fleet Maul, Irene Lyon, Gabor Maté, Arielle Schwartz, to name a few, to be able to help people more effectively.
When she isn’t helping women live their most powerful and purposeful lives, she is dancing, spending time with her family, friends and two cats and adventuring in nature.
